Returns

• You may request a return within 7 days of delivery if the product is:

  • Defective or damaged

  • Incorrect or missing items delivered

  • Significantly different from the description

• Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

• Personal care, hygiene, and intimate products (unless defective).

• Clearance or “Final Sale” items.

Refunds

• Once your return is approved and product received, we will initiate a full or partial refund to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

• For COD orders, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit.

Replacements

If you prefer, we can arrange a replacement instead of a refund (subject to stock availability).
